PRACTICE

  • It’s easy to get caught up in negative talk about food or body size. Identify and call-out these conversations around body size and/or food that take place in your workplace culture.
  • This especially includes negative self-talk!

  • Ah yes the self talk… its self deprecating and an emotional hole to fall in and cycle through. Its so pervasive and it seems to be amped up with social media, pornography, plastic surgery and reshaping so prevalent!
